At Hello Hair Studio, we want to ensure our guests are 100% satisfied. If you have any concerns with your service, you have 7 days from the date of service to come in for an assessment and any corrections.

What is a consultation?
A consultation is an 15minute appointment where you meet the stylist to discuss your hair goals, booking accurate appointments, and a quote. It's a chance for your stylist to see your hair if you can achieve your hair goal. Please book this consultation prior on a separate day of your actual appointment.
What I need to prepare before coming in to my hair appointment?
Please do not Wash/Shampoo/Condition or show up with your hair wet on the day of your appointment. We advise you to Wash/Shampoo/Condition and dried the day before your hair appointment. For Blonde services, please do not use purple shampoo at least two weeks before the appointment. Sometimes it leaves a buildup on the hair and our products can react to it or the hair can not be lifted at the desired level.
Waiting List?
We understand that sometimes you may not get your desired day and time but we have a waiting list. In the event of day and time is available, we will contact you as soon as we can. You can call or email to be added on the wait list.
Cancellation and confirmation notice?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 48 business hours prior to avoid an automatic credit card charge of 50 (%)percentage of the service total. We are closed Sundays and Mondays therefore cancelling on these days do not apply. For clients who do not have credit cards, we will take a deposit during consultation and will be used towards the service when you arrive on your appointment. It gives our stylist the opportunity to re-fill the opening. We also try to send out courtesy reminders so please confirm your appointments then. If for some reason you don't get a reminder, please understand that it is also your responsibility to remember the date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellations fees.
Late appointments?
Same goes for cancellations, if you know you will be late please notify us. If you are over 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule.
Methods of payment?
We take Visa, MasterCard, and cash.
Refund?
All services and retail products are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your service, we can alter within 7 days from the date of your service appointment. Product may be charge. Retail products can be exchange within 14 days.
Gift cards/Gift Certificates?
Gift cards/Gift certificates are non refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash value nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balance. Remaining value can be applied on future visits. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gifts cards/gift certificates. We do not accept other gift cards/certificates of any other business besides our own.
